2/21/18 - BATMAN TAS TALES SO FAR 2
I don't own Batman TAS characters.
EVEN IF YOU DISAPPEAR
The Sewer King scowled after a pet alligator ceased moving. He remembered raising it. He also remembered training it to attack enemies. A smile began to replace his scowl. *I was with you while you were sick. I'm with you this instant* the Sewer King thought prior to another scowl.
The alligator's snout was scratched just like when it was alive.
Tears appeared in the Sewer King's eyes. He tried to smile. A few tears ran down his face. The Sewer King sobbed for a few seconds. His other smile formed. *You'll exist in my memory* he thought.
THE END
RESTLESS CREATURES
A sheepish expression formed on a girl's face as she wandered the sewer for what seemed like hours. She never obtained anything valuable for the Sewer King. The girl trembled after she remembered his usual scowl. There were also his pet alligators. She always dreaded their multiple teeth. Her eyes widened the minute she viewed the Sewer King frowning by alligators in another area.
The alligators always moved and their tails contacted everything.
That was when the girl saw a few bruises on the Sewer King's arm.
The Sewer King scowled at her. ''You try getting my pretties to rest!''
THE END
WHY CHILDREN SMILED
*How are my children going to offend me this time?* the Sewer King thought. He sat on his throne and scowled at all children. *Are my children going to talk during lessons in a few minutes? Are they going to fail to obtain something nice for me from the surface?* he thought. The Sewer King stood. He paced.
*I remember always yelling for my children not to talk. They don't always obey. I also remember almost losing my voice from yelling. How I enjoy viewing their wide eyes. Children should be seen. They should never be heard at all.*
The Sewer King continued to pace. He thought a boy opened his mouth to speak. The Sewer King's scowl remained on his face. ''NO TALKING!'' he shouted. He viewed the children trembling at the same time. ''NO TALKING! NO TALKING! NO TALKING!''
The Sewer King swayed before he collapsed on his knees. His throat was a bit sore. Another scowl returned. The Sewer King wasn't able to stand. He trembled with rage. He opened his mouth to shout again.
Zero vocals.
The Sewer King tried to gasp. Exhausted from shouting, he fell on his side. He had no idea why the children smiled.
THE END
TOGETHER
The Sewer King scowled before he sneezed. He continued to sit on his throne. He glanced at a sick alligator. *If you're sick due to my children approaching you...* The Sewer King remembered a few children sneezing by the alligator. He scratched the alligator's snout and smiled.
*We'll always be together.* The Sewer King continued to smile. He fell asleep.
After a few hours, the Sewer King woke up. He sneezed again before another scowl. He turned to the deceased alligator and gasped. Tears ran down the Sewer King's face.
Another smile appeared. ''We'll always be together.'' Tears never ceased.
THE END
FEED OTHERS
The Sewer King devoured a turkey leg. He scowled after two girls approached him. ''Are you hungry?'' He viewed them nodding. ''You never obtained anything nice for me. Starve!''
The girls cried and abandoned the Sewer King.
*I'll check on my pets.* The Sewer King stood and approached three alligators. He smiled. ''I'll feed you.''
The Sewer King gasped after he returned to his turkey and viewed the girls eating. He carried one girl to the alligators before the other girl ran. The Sewer King smiled another time. He held the squirming girl above the alligators. ''Supper time, my pets.''
THE END
DECAYING
The Sewer King smiled through his tears and stood by two alligators. ''I won't abandon you,'' he said to them. A frown replaced his smile after a memory formed. A memory of a sick alligator writhing. The memory Sewer King refused to watch it die. His tears were revealed after he abandoned it.
The memory ended. The Sewer King's new tears were revealed.
Footsteps were why eyes widened. The Sewer King gasped after one alligator's decaying spirit appeared. He viewed it approaching him at a snail's pace.
The Sewer King scratched the spirit's snout. His smile with tears. ''I'm rotten.''
